INCORRECT ADDRESS / LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order, as I do not issue re-shipments for incorrect address delivery. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address that was provided. Once a shipping label is created and picked up by the carrier, the responsibility falls on you to file any claims with carriers for damaged, lost, and/or stolen shipments. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment postage. 


TRACKING DELAYS

A small percentage of packages are scanned improperly, or not get scanned at all, and thus do not display tracking updates. Please note that if your package does not show updated tracking info, this is probably the case. This does not indicate a lost or unsent package. 99% of the time, the package is making its way to you. It should arrive to you in due time. If it does not, please contact the shipping company. If you still do not receive your package within 30 days, please contact me.

If your package is reporting as delivered and you do not have it, I kindly ask that you first contact the shipper with tracking questions before reaching out to me. Often times, they will ask you to provide information that is specific to you or your location. I am not responsible for package mis-delivery, or theft and cannot replace packages that are shown as having been delivered.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Apart from defective items, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges are given. If there's an issue with your product or you do not receive it, contact me within 30 days of your order’s shipping date.
